USDG Penetration in the US

GOAL

To drive USDG adoption and platform growth by offering a high-yield, low-friction stablecoin experience that maximizes AUM and trust.

WHAT I DID

Defined a unified voice across the user journey, simplified complex financial concepts, ensured transparent messaging, and enhanced UX with celebratory reinforcement. Integrated AI for readability, sentiment analysis, and compliance checks.

IMPACT

  • USDG AUM reached $17.8M (33% user penetration, 40% of US stablecoin AUM)

  • USDG adoption hit 80% of US stablecoin AUM, dominating trading, payments, and DeFi

  • Weekly ACH deposits peaked at $5.1M during launch week

  • Average 60-day ACH deposit increased to $769 from $417

  • Individual USDG deposits reached up to $2,800

GOAL

  • Build a 0-1 "auto-sweep" product to stop TRY capital flight and provide users with effortless overnight interest directly on OKX.
