Building an AI-powered glossary for product teams

OVERVIEW

AI is rapidly becoming part of everyday product work.
But the language around it still feels inaccessible. It is often filled with jargon and explanations that assume technical context.

I built an AI-powered glossary to bridge that gap.

PROBLEM

While working closely with AI systems, I noticed a recurring gap:

  • Product teams such as designers, PMs, and writers struggle to understand AI terminology

  • Explanations are either too technical or too shallow

  • Most resources focus on definitions, not intuition

  • People often feel like they do not belong in the conversation

This creates friction in:

  • collaboration with engineers

  • decision-making

  • product development involving AI
